Create a forward2me Account
Complete a quick, free registration process in order to get a free shipping address from forward2me. Our flexible approach lets you use multiple addresses in different destinations with a single account without any fees. Manage all your international shipments easily in just one session.
Make a Purchase
After you’ve received your forwarding address, you will use it as your delivery address when completing orders from your favorite online retailers. This way you will be able to buy goods even if the shops don’t deliver to your destination. Just make sure the products can be legally imported into your country.
Request Your Shipment
When we receive your parcel, we’ll make sure it can be safely and legally shipped to your address. You’ll receive an email notifying you that you can request your shipment. Simply log in to your account, select courier and payment options, use any discounts codes, or combine packages.
Receive Your Parcel
Delivery times can vary depending on the service you’ve chosen as well as local customs processes. You can see the estimated transit time for each service on our pricing page. Contact our Customer Experience team if you have any questions about your shipment – they’re always ready to help!
PACKING AND PROCESSING TIMES
We make every effort to despatch all orders paid for and received before midday, on that same day. However, there are times when delays in processing an order are unavoidable. Please allow up to 21 days for arrival of your order. Unless special arrangements are made, all UK orders are posted using First Class service with Royal Mail and are generally delivered within 1-3 working days.
During staff holidays/busy periods, there could be a delay in processing and posting your order. If there is likely to be an extended delay we will email you with the current status of your order.
Capsules are filled to order to ensure absolute freshness of the products and occasionally this can add a little extra time to the process, once again we ask for your patience and understanding. We know you would prefer to have quality products that can take a little longer to arrive than inferior goods that arrive next day.
