We can arrange for Next Day service for those who are in a hurry to receive their orders. Please contact us ahead of placing an order so that we can arrange this for you

INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED

International package will all be sent out Tracked & Signed service and the charges can be found in the checkout. 

All international deliveries could be subject to import duties on arrival and this is the responsibility of the customer. Some international orders may be subject to delay - please be patient.

PACKING AND PROCESSING TIMES

We make every effort to despatch all orders paid for and received before midday, on that same day. However, there are times when delays in processing an order are unavoidable. Please allow up to 21 days for arrival of your order. Unless special arrangements are made, all UK orders are posted using First Class service with Royal Mail and are generally delivered within 1-3 working days.

During staff holidays/busy periods, there could be a delay in processing and posting your order. If there is likely to be an extended delay we will email you with the current status of your order.

Capsules are filled to order to ensure absolute freshness of the products and occasionally this can add a little extra time to the process, once again we ask for your patience and understanding. We know you would prefer to have quality products that can take a little longer to arrive than inferior goods that arrive next day.
