Linoleic acid (omega 6) 46%
Alpha-Linolenic acid (omega 3) 16%
Oleic acid  (omega 9) 13%
Gamma-Linolenic acid (omega 6) 13%
Palmitic acid 7%
Stearidonic acid (omega 3) 2%

This pure, cold pressed, refined seed oil has many beneficial properties that have been used for centuries to help maintain normal health and bodily functions. It helps keep joints healthy and can used by women during the monthly cycle. The oil is light and is absorbed into the skin providing antioxidants and omega oils to nourish and protect you from ageing oxidation. Makes excellent skin cream.
