Shipping charges are based on the weight of the products in the shopping cart and the size of the packaging. They are set by royal mail. There is no handling or packing charge. For orders over £100 choice of delivery is at the discretion of Lonjevitee Ltd.
Delivery options for various products are automatically selected and shown at checkout.
Orders placed after 12 noon may not be shipped until the following working day.
Customers who specifically request 'non-signed for' delivery must agree to accept responsibility and cover the cost of replacement products if lost in transit.

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ADVISE YOU IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT AND NO CLAIM FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND CAN BE MADE.
International customers should be aware that we ship to 234 countries worldwide. Some options may not be available for delivery to your country. Tracked & signed for is only available for 43 countries. Tracked is only available for 33 countries. Signed service is not available for 42 of the 234 countries. There is no mail service to Somalia.
We rarely have packages lost in transit, however, customers who do not select signed &/or tracked service are fully responsible for replacing their order should it not arrive.
For £1.20 extra you can add 'signed for' service to your UK delivery option.
Protecting the cost of replacement is worth the extra amount charged by Royal Mail.
We make every effort to ship all orders paid for and received before midday on that same day. However, there are times when delays in processing an order are unavoidable. Please allow up to 21 days for arrival of your order. Unless special arrangements are made, all orders are shipped 1st or 2nd Class service with Royal Mail and are generally delivered within 1-3 working days.
During staff holidays/busy periods, there could be a delay in processing and posting your order. If there is likely to be a delay we will email you with the current status of your order.
Returns PolicyIn accordance with the 2014 European Directive you have the right to cancel your order if you have changed your mind within 14 days of purchase. Products that are not faulty must be returned exactly as received, unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot accept any products back into stock if more than 14 days has passed since ordering, or they are not in pristine, re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the safe return of any cancelled product, including the return delivery charge. You should contact us BEFORE returning any products to obtain a unique returns number, which can be obtained by e-mailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
Returned items without a returns number will NOT BE PROCESSED and you will not receive a refund or exchange of goods.When returning products, please ensure that you include your name and address.
In accordance with the 2014 European Directive your delivery charges for faulty/damaged goods will be refunded upon receipt of the faulty/damaged goods at our Returns Department.
ALL Returns must be made by Registered Mail - Signed For and insured service - to ensure that they arrive safely. The returns address and returns number must be obtained before posting back to us by contacting: email@example.com
Please retain the returns postal receipt along with the tracking number in case of any problems.
Your Legal Rights
When you buy goods from Lonjevitee Ltd, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a full refund or replacement where the goods are faulty.
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us in their original state, unopened and unused, within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Original postage costs and return postage costs will not be refunded. Please ask for returns details if needed.
