Oleic acid  (omega 9) 13%
Gamma-Linolenic acid (omega 6) 13%
Palmitic acid 7%
Stearidonic acid (omega 3) 2%

This pure, cold pressed, refined seed oil has many beneficial properties that have been used for centuries to help maintain normal health and bodily functions.
